By creating an account or using Fade of Eden, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Educational purpose
Fade of Eden is a study aid for the Colorado PSI barber licensing exam. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state barber board or licensing authority. Use of the app does not guarantee passing any exam, receiving a license, or obtaining employment. Licensing requirements and exam content can change without notice.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold. Tell us right away at hello@otesmedia.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Boss Battle credits & payments
- Boss Battle credits are a digital product with no cash value, non-refundable except where required by law, and non-transferable.
- Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your card number, expiration date, or CVV.

Acceptable use
You agree not to: violate applicable law; interfere with the app's operation or security; attempt unauthorized access to any account or system; copy, reproduce, or sell app content without permission; scrape or harvest content with automated tools; reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it; or use bots to gain an unfair advantage.
Intellectual property
All software, questions, answers, and other content in Fade of Eden belong to or are licensed to Otes Media LLC. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial study.
Availability, warranties & liability
We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The app is provided “as is” with no warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Otes Media LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app; where liability can't be excluded, it's capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the app's security or integrity. You can stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Legal action relating to these Terms is brought in state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable law says otherwise.
Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a new effective date; continued use of the app after that means you accept the changes.
